Escape from tiger island

My students were introduced to some almost extinct skills - like compass reading and morse code. The groups of students loved discovering new skills and figuring out how those systems work. They loved it and so did the teachers! This would be great for adult groups as well.

Gina Varat, 5th Grade Science

Everyone LOVED the Lava River...they loved interacting with each other and being forced to do something as a group. Great Escape activity!

Rugby Middle School - 8th Grade Teacher

Escape engages the mind, body, and spirit. While some groups easily solved the physical nature of challenges, others were quick to figure out the mental and communal aspects. Each group was unique in how it approached the task and therefore found unique solutions and problem-solving strategies.

James Greco - Dean of Students

Tiger Island was a perfect way for students to interact and think critically using tools they generally do not see every day, such as a compass. Every child figured out their strengths and where they were most helpful. I loved the progression of events that forced teamwork and collaboration.

Alli Stone - Math Teacher

These Escape challenges would be a great investment as they can be used over with different groups of students. The problem solving involved in escaping encouraged a great deal of communication. I loved seeing my students working together as a team!
